Patriotic Pups
The Patriotic Pups of Pacific Palisades are ready for their 26th annual march in the July 4th parade.
Pups will need to be leashed at all times in the Parade, including in the assembly area, and should be well behaved and comfortable in crowds and in the company of other pups, cars, horses and people.
If your pup is interested in marching, please send an email to PatrioticPups@Palisades4th.com, with your name, telephone number, email address, and your pup's name. Please write Patriotic Pups in the email subject line.
All Patriotic Pups are asked to meet between 1:00 and 1:45 at Palisades Elementary School on the corner of Via de la Paws and BowWowdoin. We urge you to bring water for you and your pup. Some pups like to wear socks if the pavement is hot. You/your pup may leave the parade at any time.
You will be asked to sign a participant form before marching. If you want to print, sign and bring it with you, click here.
In an effort to ensure everyone's safety, we ask that the Patriotic Pups' pet guardians walk with their fellow Palisadians in a manner that is consistent with health and safety protocols in effect on July 4th (relating to County requirements with regard to face masks and social distancing).
We look forward to hearing from you.
